We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to support our construction projects. You will also liaise with clients, managers, and engineers, conduct site visits, and provide essential reports. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, relevant industry experience.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in client requirements and feasibility studies.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and budgets.
- Track design/construction changes and adjust budgets.
- Procure subcontractor services and manage payments.
- Value work done on sites and submit payment certificates.
- Prepare reports, analyse risks, and advise on improvements.
- Liaise with clients, managers, and engineers.
- Conduct site visits for data collection and insurance claims.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Construction industry experience.
- Strong understanding of cost estimation.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
