Summary of the Role

Responsible for the comprehensive administration of a portfolio of companies and trusts allocated to you and to supervise a team of Corporate Administration. Ensure proper communication is being channelled throughout the team to ensure maximum efficiency achieved.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administer a selected number of companies and trusts in a professional proactive and positive manner keeping the entities in legal good standing.
  • Liaise with clients and authorities with respect to the administration of the companies of the Corporate Services department. Act as the facilitator in sorting client issues. Practice a fair fee policy whilst trying to increase the revenue of the team.
  • Ensure all correspondence and other communication is attended to professionally and promptly to ensure a consistently high standard of service.
  • Follow established company policies and procedures. Comply with all policies and procedures relevant to this position.
  • Maintain an awareness of and comply with all anti-money laundering laws, regulations, policies and procedures relevant to Rogers Capital.
  • Inform management and compliance department all matters involving litigation, potential litigation, claims, potential claims, complaints, potential complaints against the company.
  • Provide technical support to junior team members & on the job support to the team.
  • Ensure files are being properly maintained as per standards – Due diligence checks are being done, meetings are properly conducted and minutes properly filed, statutory filings are up to date.
  • Provide information requested by Management and adhere to internal deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain good client relationship skills, gaining clients’ confidence and that of other professionals.
  • Provide ideas to department TL’s and ATL’s to bring maximum efficiency in all teams and staff working coherently and as one.
  • Train and develop team members to continually improve their performance. Supervise the team members to ensure they always comply with statutory regulation and company’s policy and procedures. Promote positive attitude and develop team spirit.
  • Constantly scan the business environment, advising senior management about developments and opportunities for growth in the business. Share the knowledge among colleagues & team members.
  • Coach and develop team members with a view to build a culture based on Rogers Capital values, and by extension to Rogers Group core values.
  • Be committed to excellence and promote efficiency by setting personal example of corporate values (Agility, Pioneering & Excellence).
  • Assistance to Senior Manager in internal and external team matters and lead team in special projects and assignments.
  • To lead/supervise/organise team in the absence of the Senior Manager.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Holder of a relevant degree (e.g. Management, Law, International business, Finance)
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the Global Business Sector; in addition, either ACIS or STEP qualified or partly qualified
  • Ongoing development of technical knowledge
  • Previous experience in supervising role will be an advantage
