He carries out all his missions in compliance with internal procedures and legal framework:
GO/GE ADMINISTRATION (LEGAL OBLIGATIONS AND COMPLIANCE WITH PROCEDURES)
GENERIC MISSIONS
- Manage employment contracts
- Participate in the follow-up of mandatory declarations to local authorities
- Participate in the visa/work permit process with the local administration
- Update the HRIS: input of files, movements, evaluations, travel expenses
- Participate in the production of weekly/monthly reports and communicate them to the Country Office and support services.
- Reimburse GO/GE travel expenses in accordance with the process and budget.
- Participate in the dissemination and application of health, safety and working conditions procedures, as well as in the detection of possible problems.
SOCIAL WATCH
- Participate in the transmission of HR information within the village
- Participate in the process of integrating GO/GEs into the village and raising their awareness of local culture
- Participate in the proper functioning of employee representative bodies
- Have a duty to alert and monitor HR practices
- Contribute to the quality of the village's social dialogue (active listening, anticipation, etc.)
YOUR PROFIL
• Degree and experience in the function would be an advantage
• Bilingual French and English.
