Assist the F&B Manager to plan, organise and control food and beverages as per standards

 

Assist the F&B Manager to plan, organise and control food and beverages as per standards

Conduct on the job training on a regular basis

Prepare and ensure that duty roster for the department is done such that there is complete coverage at all times and to minimize overtime costs

Liaise with Executive Chef / Outlet Managers on “daily / weekly specials” available for promoting in the Outlets – checks pricing

Set the annual operating budget and ensures that it is strictly adhered to and managed on a monthly basis

Establish cost management plan

Consult with respective Outlet Managers about organisational aspects of special events / functions
