Manage day-to-day operations of F&B outlets as per established procedures
Assist the F&B Manager in the preparation of the hotel's strategic plan, and objective setting F&B Budget
Responsibilities :-
•Maintain effective cost control in all areas of the F&B/Stewarding department.
•Assist the Restaurant Manager in carrying out the monthly inventory of all items of the restaurant
•Monitor and control OPEX of kitchen, restaurants and any other outlets
•Conduct bi-annual and annual inventory checks, along with weekly and monthly stock takes
•Coaching and counselling of all FNB including stewarding .
•Setting objectives for all FNB staff including stewarding
•Responsible of delivery and receiving of all OPEX to and from F&B outlets within the hotel
•Supervise back of house cleanliness, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
•Lead the F&B and Stewarding team by cultivating team spirit and make sure that all collaborators receive a complete training on SOPs
•Monitor overtime of staff according to budget
•Any other cognate duties as requested by the F&B Manager
Profile :-
•Degree in hospitality management/ Professional hospitality degree or equivalent
•Excellent working knowledge in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
•Customer focused with strong leadership skills and strategic management skills
•Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills with an eye for detail
•Flexible with a pleasant personality and an impeccable grooming
•Strong sense of human relations and excellent interpersonal skills
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English/French
•Self-motivated with a positive attitude , Results oriented and with a hands-on approach
•IT literate and ability to work under pressure
