We are looking for a dynamic candidate to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to assist our team in providing quality AML/CFT Compliance services to our domestic and global business clients.

Leveraging the team’s in-depth understanding of the local and regional regulatory environment, CASS serves clients internationally.

We are looking for a dynamic candidate to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to assist our team in providing quality AML/CFT Compliance services to our domestic and global business clients.

 Job Description

Support clients in designing, implementing and reviewing AML/CFT policies and procedures tailored to their business operations.

  • Assist in performing AML/CFT risk assessments for client organisations, identifying potential vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
  • Advise clients on the proper implementation of Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence processes in line with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in conducting internal reviews and audits of client compliance programs, offering advice on improvements where necessary.
  • Support the team in managing client expectations and delivering high-quality compliance services.

 Qualifications & Experience

  •  Degree in Law / Finance / Management or other related qualifications to AML/CFT compliance.
  • Basic understanding of AML/CFT regulations and industry best practices is a plus.

Competencies, Skills and Behaviours

  •  Fluent in both written and spoken English and French
  • Computer literate (Word, Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint) with an ability to learn other internal systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Passionate, self-motivated and accountable
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
