DTOS Ltd is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join the team.
Main Duties:
- Preparation of annual Financial Statements as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) / International Accounting Standards (IAS).
- Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly Management Accounts.
- Preparation of the audit file and liaising with auditors during the audit exercise of the Financial Statement of the client company.
- Computation and filing Annual income tax, VAT, TDS and Tax under APS with the MRA.
- Preparation of Financial Dashboards.
- Debtors & Creditors Management.
- Recording bank transactions / intercompany transaction and performing reconciliations.
- Preparation and updating of Fixed Assets Register.
- Attending Adhoc queries from clients.
Qualifications, Skills & Other requisites:
- Partly ACCA qualified (Level 1).
- At least 1 year experience in Accounting / book-keeping.
- Basic knowledge of MS-Office, Sage One, Pastel Evolution & Quickbooks.
- Dynamic, committed and proactive.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Good team player, with strong customer service drive.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
