DTOS Ltd is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join the team.

 

Main Duties:

  • Preparation of annual Financial Statements as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) / International Accounting Standards (IAS).
  • Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly Management Accounts.
  • Preparation of the audit file and liaising with auditors during the audit exercise of the Financial Statement of the client company.
  • Computation and filing Annual income tax, VAT, TDS and Tax under APS with the MRA.
  • Preparation of Financial Dashboards.
  • Debtors & Creditors Management.
  • Recording bank transactions / intercompany transaction and performing reconciliations.
  • Preparation and updating of Fixed Assets Register.
  • Attending Adhoc queries from clients.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Other requisites:

  • Partly ACCA qualified (Level 1).
  • At least 1 year experience in Accounting / book-keeping.
  • Basic knowledge of MS-Office, Sage One, Pastel Evolution & Quickbooks.
  • Dynamic, committed and proactive.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player, with strong customer service drive.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
