About the role:
You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction (both internal and external) by resolving technical and functional issues while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. You will be a crucial point of contact for support and the continuous improvement of the solutions we provide.
Which tasks can you expect?
1. Incident Management & Technical Support
- Take ownership of and drive the resolution of incidents, including complex issues, while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Analyze root causes of recurring problems and propose long-term solutions.
- Implement workarounds to minimize incident impact on business operations.
2. SQL Expertise & Data Analysis
- Perform advanced SQL queries to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
- Manage data integration and manipulation to meet customer requirements.
- Automate and optimize data analysis to improve service quality.
3. Communication & Client Relationship
- Provide regular and clear updates to clients on issue resolution progress.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure optimal request handling.
- Act as an efficient link between clients and internal teams (Development, Product, HR, Legal, etc.).
4. Request & Change Management
- Analyse and process client requests for system improvements in coordination with relevant teams.
- Monitor and implement changes while ensuring compliance and quality.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose suitable solutions.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain thorough documentation of incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
- Write and update technical and functional documentation.
- Communicate progress and escalate any potential delays or risks.
What do you have to offer?

Strong SQL expertise (advanced queries, optimization, data analysis).
- Solid technical problem-solving and functional analysis skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems (Salesforce, Helpdesk, etc.).
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in payroll or HR is a plus.

1 to 3 years of experience in a technical role.

Technical experience with client interaction.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet.
