The Application Support Engineer works with Implementation and Support teams to optimize MS Applications. This role involves acting as a Business Analyst and IT Support, building strong team relationships, and serving as a trusted IT advisor for Enterprise Applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Applications and clinic IT team for infrastructure requirements.
- Provision environments, install applications, and configure databases.
- Establish backup policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and resolve application vulnerabilities.
- Identify and evaluate technology solutions.
- Understand the existing architecture landscape of applications.
