Your Role as an Ambassador
As an Ambassador, you will lead client engagement efforts and build meaningful relationships with potential clients and partners. Your role will involve understanding client needs, fostering trust, and developing connections that align with our strategic objectives. This position requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and dedication to relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential clients, initiating conversations to understand their needs and how the company can support them.
- Build and nurture relationships through regular follow-ups, personalized communication, and engagement activities
- Contribute ideas for improving outreach strategies and enhancing the overall ambassador program.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and resources that support ambassador initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system, tracking progress and follow-up actions.
- Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team.
Essential Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer relations, business development, telemarketing, or a similar role involving direct client interaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Ability to build trust through consistent, personalized communication.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
