Taylor Smith Group is looking for dynamic and experienced professional with a pro-active attitude to fill the posts of Administrative & Operations Coordinator
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Filling of documents (Contracts, inspection certificate etc…)
- Prepare P.O for suppliers
- Chase client for P.O and payment
- Ensure that technicians have proper materials to work and safety equipment
- Generate official quotes, purchase orders and invoices.
- Monitoring of petty cash
- If any amendments to be done on templates (e.g intervention report) design same, seek for approval and proceed with order
- Quote clients and follow-up
- Liaise with the different supplier
- Follow up on workshop works
- Make sure that workshop works are being done and invoiced on time
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Administration or any related field.
- Proven 2 years experience in administrative task.
- Customer service orientated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
- Computer literate with Microsoft application such as word, excel etc…
- Able to work under pressure.
