Provide general support to the BV Showroom Operations, with focus on practical / manual tasks, achieving a high level of productivity and delivering quality services on time.
Job Responsibilities:
General Support to Showroom Operations
- Prepare and carry out deliveries of all motorcycles to all customers of Bell Village showroom and Corporates.
- Verify and inspect motorcycles / quads before delivery as per pre-determined checklist.
- Prepare all envelopes for deliveries and call customers for the planning of delivery.
- Ensure motorcycles / quads on display are cleaned and are in excellent conditions.
- Assist with loading and unloading of motorcycles and quads.
- Inspect / verify products transferred to Bell Village and acknowledge receipt.
- Input transfer forms in the designated systems.
- Conduct basic and quick-fix repairs on motorcycles / quads.
- Liaise with National Transport Authority (NTA), insurance companies and registrar for registration of motorcycles.
- Act as messenger and cleaner for the department.
Assistance to Sales Team (BV Showroom)
- Assist the sales team in the showroom as and when required.
- Provide an excellent service to customers.
- Participate in all events organised by the department.
- Assist the BV Showroom Sales team, contributing towards achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst providing an excellent standard of customer service.
Qualification & Experience:
- HSC or equivalent
- Certificate in Administrative / Clerical or other related function
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) and knowledge of SAP Business One would be an added advantage
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Ready to work odd hours if needed
