Compagnie de Gros Cailloux Limitée (a member of UBP Group) which is specialised in agricultural activities is looking for a dynamic Administrative Officer to join its team!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative duties of the Diversification department.
  • Prepare POs and issue invoices.
  • Assist the Agricultural Manager in related duties.
  • Record data related to working hours of employees.
  • Keep records of maintenance activities.
  • Ensure operational expenses are within approved budget by monitoring monthly expenses.
  • Perform relevant analysis of costs and revenues.

  Candidate profile:

  • Diploma in Administration or any related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar environment.
  • Prior experience in an agricultural environment would be an advantage.
  • Fully conversant with MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and analytical approach.
  • Able to effectively handle various priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
