Compagnie de Gros Cailloux Limitée (a member of UBP Group) which is specialised in agricultural activities is looking for a dynamic Administrative Officer to join its team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative duties of the Diversification department.
- Prepare POs and issue invoices.
- Assist the Agricultural Manager in related duties.
- Record data related to working hours of employees.
- Keep records of maintenance activities.
- Ensure operational expenses are within approved budget by monitoring monthly expenses.
- Perform relevant analysis of costs and revenues.
Candidate profile:
- Diploma in Administration or any related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar environment.
- Prior experience in an agricultural environment would be an advantage.
- Fully conversant with MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and analytical approach.
- Able to effectively handle various priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
