The job incumbent will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient daily operations within the organization. This position involves a variety of tasks, including handling communication, preparing reports, and supporting team members in their daily activities.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary.
  • Input data accurately into databases and maintain updated records.
  • Creation and maintenance of reports and spreadsheets.
  • Interact with clients and/ or visitors in a professional manner.
  • Address inquiries and provide information when needed.
  • Follow ups with other departments.
  • Do and have a regular updated filing.
  • Carry out administrative duties related to different functions.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Any other duties related to this position.

 

Profile

  • Higher School Certificate
  • Past experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
