Compagnie de Gros Cailloux Ltée, a member of UBP Group, is looking for a highly dynamic and skilled Administrative Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative duties of the Landscaping department.
- Prepare quotations and plants catalogue.
- Assist the Landscaping Manager on all operational duties.
- Record working hours of employees and input data in HRIS system.
- Keep daily records of intervention/maintenance activities to clients.
- Ensure operational expenses are within approved budget by monitoring monthly expenses.
- Perform relevant analysis of costs and revenues.
- Raise invoices as per progress of works and analyse costs on completed jobs.
- Follow up of debtors.
- Organise and coordinate all scheduled maintenance works on sites.
Candidate profile:
- Diploma in Administration or any related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar environment.
- Prior experience in a Landscaping or Contracting environment would be a definite advantage.
- Conversant with the preparation of quotations/tenders.
- Fully conversant with MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and analytical approach.
- Able to effectively handle various priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
