Our client in the agricultural sector is seeking to recruit an Administrative Clerk.
Responsibilities:
- Collect daily site information for ongoing operations.
- Record daily attendance.
- Perform data entry into the ERP system.
- Maintain the archiving management system.
- Assist the Operations managers in the purchasing process (preparing purchase orders, contacting suppliers, price comparisons, etc.).
- Assist the Operations managers and the Operations Administrative Supervisor in issuing invoices.
- Update dashboards.
- Analyse data to measure efficiency, costs, revenues, and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Check accuracy of information in the ERP and perform weekly and monthly reconciliations.
Profile:
- HSC or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of basic bookkeeping.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good customer service skills and ability to work well with others.
