Our client in the agricultural sector is seeking to recruit an Administrative Clerk.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collect daily site information for ongoing operations.
  • Record daily attendance.
  • Perform data entry into the ERP system.
  • Maintain the archiving management system.
  • Assist the Operations managers in the purchasing process (preparing purchase orders, contacting suppliers, price comparisons, etc.).
  • Assist the Operations managers and the Operations Administrative Supervisor in issuing invoices.
  • Update dashboards.
  • Analyse data to measure efficiency, costs, revenues, and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Check accuracy of information in the ERP and perform weekly and monthly reconciliations.
Profile:

  • HSC or equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of basic bookkeeping.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good customer service skills and ability to work well with others.
