Administrative Assistant 

Profile :

  1. Minimum : HSC Certiificate mandatory
  2. Minimum : 2 years experience
  3. Computer litterate : Excel, Word
  4. Punctuality
  5. Excellent command of English and French (written and spoken)

Job description :

  1. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management including email, scanning, filing;
  2. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  3. Incoming and Outgoing correspondence
  4. Perform data entry
  5. Maintain records
  6. Run general office tasks;
  7. Any other cognate duties.
