Job Description
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, fax, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support the finance department with routine tasks.
- Draft and distribute emails, memos, and other correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external partners.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Candidate Profile
- Minimum HSC or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
