The Accounts Clerk will assist in the day-to-day financial activities of the company
List of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Record of accounting entries.
- Follow-up with debtors for payment.
- Prepare payment of creditors.
- Follow-up on sales and purchases documents.
- Perform monthly stock take with the assistance of the Accounts Officer.
- Assist the Accountant in the preparation of management reports.
- Ensure proper filing of documents.
- Perform any other cognate duties assigned to you and which are relevant to your job.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
- ACCA Level 1 or Degree in Accounting/ Finance.
- Experience and knowledge in accounting software would be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
