To provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance department.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide accouting and clerical support to the Finance Department 
  • Scanning and filing of documents 
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents 
  • Reconciliation of accounts 
  • Data entry into the accounting software and databases
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions 
  • Prepare invoices and follow for payments 
  • Any other cognate duties
Requirements:
  • Minimum HSC
  • At least 2 years proven work experience in accounting field
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Words & Excel 
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication & organisational skills
