Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare invoices, reconcile accounts, and process payments.
- Communicate with clients and suppliers to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Organizing and maintaining files (both physical and digital)
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Assisting other staff members.
- Answering phones and taking messages.
- Maintain office organization, including filing and supplies.
- Drafting correspondence, memos, and emails.

Your Profile:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Previous experience in accounting/administrative services is a plus—we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude!
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and French, with additional languages considered a bonus.
Minimum Education Level : HCS / BAC
Minimum Work Experience Level : One year in Accounting/Administrative Services
Seeking for candidates residing in the South up to Curepipe and surrounding regions.
Working days : On rotation basis 7/7 including Mauritian public holidays.
Working hours : Depending on the time zones of our client ( French )
