Account Manager IT

The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the information technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT products and services, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives and challenges.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to clients’ needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and generate new business within existing accounts.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
• Resolve client issues and escalate as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the IT sector
- Strong understanding of IT products and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
