• A clear understanding of the Conditions of Contract.
• Understand all contractual, qualifications, milestones, penalties, and risks of the tender submission.
• Good interpretation of drawings and documentation.
• Precise take off of quantities from drawings and specifications thereof.
• Commercial Astuteness.
• Sourcing the best prices from reliable suppliers & sub-contractors.
• Assist in the appointment of all sub-contractors & suppliers.
• Evaluating and payment of all sub-contractors & suppliers timely.
• Monthly evaluations and close follow up for payment certificates from Client.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to build on lasting relationships with consultants, sub-contractors & suppliers.
• Demonstrate good and reliable cost and revenue forecasting.
• Identify claim opportunities and maximise revenue.
