Profile

• HSC with at least 2 years hands on experience in air operations (import)

  Knowledge of Incoterms

• Knowledge of procedures and technical terms related to air import and air export

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure

• Meticulous and rigorous in the follow-up of files

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time

• Solution-oriented approach and Result oriented

Duties and Responsibilities

• Open clients’ files and follow-up Import & Export

• Process a confirmed order; follow up with agent and update customer

• Airline booking

• Issuance of airwaybill

• Prealert to agent

• Supervise delivery of DG,Landing shipping and Live Animals  to cargo shed and Ground 2 Air

• Update the system for a proper follow-up

• Deconsolidate cargo manifest via MACCS & Interface

• Prepare Cost Sheet and allocate costs for consolidation

• Prepare the Notice of Arrival, the Delivery Order and Invoices

• Prepare and follow-up any insurance claims

• Approve invoices from subcontractors
