We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the procurement department as Admin / Procurement Assistant who has a minimum of 2 - 5 years experience.
Job Description:
(a) Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
(b) Ensure all store requisitions & Purchase Orders are signed by concerned Department Heads (HOD’s)
(c) Work with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.
(d) Assist the Head of Procurement in any works.
(e) Assist in attendance compilation.
(f) Develop and maintain a filing system
(g) Maintain contact lists.
(h) Performing any ancillary works as directed by the Management.
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Experience:
Requires at least 2 - 5 years administrative support experience at management level
Experience with MS Office applications and Outlook required.
