Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, a law firm, is looking for an Administrative and Accounts Clerk.

 

Our client, a law firm, is looking for an Administrative and Accounts Clerk.

Reporting to the 
Finance & Administrative Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist in typing of articles and letters
  • Follow up of appointment and update agenda of Chairman
  • Follow up of business trip (air ticket, visa, transfer) for staff travelling
  • Update timesheet of Chairman
  • Organising meetings and ensuring that Chairman is well prepared
  • Filing
  • Follow up of HRDC documents
  • Processing of customer and supplier invoices
  • Assisting in bank reconciliation
  • Filing

Qualifications:

  • HSC level or Diploma in Business administration
  • Partly Qualified ACCA or equivalent qualification

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as P.A
  • Good oral and written communication in English and French
  • Excellent word processing & IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and odd hours
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
