Our client, a law firm, is looking for an Administrative and Accounts Clerk.
Reporting to the Finance & Administrative Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in typing of articles and letters
- Follow up of appointment and update agenda of Chairman
- Follow up of business trip (air ticket, visa, transfer) for staff travelling
- Update timesheet of Chairman
- Organising meetings and ensuring that Chairman is well prepared
- Filing
- Follow up of HRDC documents
- Processing of customer and supplier invoices
- Assisting in bank reconciliation
- Filing
Qualifications:
- HSC level or Diploma in Business administration
- Partly Qualified ACCA or equivalent qualification
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as P.A
- Good oral and written communication in English and French
- Excellent word processing & IT skills
- Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and odd hours
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
