Payroll Executives

We’re on the lookout for experienced Payroll Executives to join our growing outsourcing team. You’ll take the lead in managing a portfolio of UK clients, delivering accurate and timely payroll services while providing outstanding client communication and support.

We're Hiring: Payroll Executives (Multiple Positions)
Location: Port Louis, Mauritius
Working Hours: UK Hours (Monday to Friday)

 What You'll Be Doing

 Full Payroll Processing:

• Handle end-to-end UK payroll for assigned clients.
• Process statutory payments, pension contributions, and ensure full compliance with UK payroll legislation.

Client Portfolio Management:

• Independently manage a portfolio of clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications - email and phone.
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients through consistent and reliable service.

Problem Solving & Compliance:

• Respond to payroll queries confidently and accurately.
• Liaise with HMRC and relevant bodies when necessary.
• Support junior team members when needed.

 Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in UK payroll (essential)
• Able to confidently manage several client accounts.
• Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken.
• Professional, client-focused and responsive via both email and phone.
• Strong attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Available to work UK hours, Monday to Friday.
