HealthActiv is looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Capital Coordinator to assist in the day-to-day operations of the Human Capital department.

 

HealthActiv is looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Capital Coordinator to assist in the day-to-day operations of the Human Capital department.

The job incumbent will be mainly required to: 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the staff recruitment and onboarding process including, but not limited to, drafting job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, organising interviews, performing background checks, assisting with selection, drafting employment contracts and induction.
  • Assist the Compensation and Benefits Coordinator in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements and company/Group policies.
  • Participate in the drafting of the department’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that policies, procedures, agreements and legal regulations are implemented and complied with.
  • Produce accurate, timely and up to date dashboard and reports as and when required.
  • Provide assistance and support including, but not limited to, human resources planning, performance reviews, human resources policy, industrial relations issues and payroll.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of human resources projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing the Learning Needs Analysis and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate the expatriate management process.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Other Requisites

  • Proficiency in labour legislation.
  • Holder of a valid driving licence.
  • Ability to deal with confidential or sensitive information and handle conflict situations with a high degree of honesty and integrity.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in close collaboration with all levels of employees.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of service.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
