About the Role:

As a Software Test Engineer at SD Worx, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital products. You'll develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with agile development teams to deliver exceptional software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, including test data management, test automation, and quality audits.
• Create and maintain QA processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with development squads to create, execute, and monitor test plans and automated test suites.
• Ensure products meet design specifications and usability standards.
• Provide guidance and training to software engineers on QA best practices.
• Develop and maintain QA training materials.
• Effectively communicate testing results and issues to stakeholders.
• Actively participate in agile development processes.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in C# and SQL.
• Experience with tracking and versioning systems (e.g., TFS, Git, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with testing tools such as MTM, BrowserStack, Ranorex, Azure DevOps, and Postman.
• Experience working in Agile development teams.
• Knowledge of continuous integration, app build, and delivery systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Payroll systems is a plus.
