The Technical Support Specialist will be an integral part of our IT team, providing first-class IT support to US-based clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with experience in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, administering Cisco Meraki routers & switches, and backup solutions such as Datto/Veeam. A good understanding of Hyper-V and good documentation skills are also required. This role demands excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively support our clients and maintain documentation. The working hours for this position will be 4PM to 2AM MUT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support related Microsoft 365/Google Workspace issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki routers & Switches.
- Implement and maintain backup solutions, preferably Datto.
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting Hyper-V.
- Maintain high-quality documentation of all IT processes and issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to US-based clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues.
- Work collaboratively with the IT team to implement IT projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, specifically with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Experience working with Cisco Meraki equipment.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Outstanding English speaking and writing skills.
- Microsoft Azure Administrator certification or similar is highly desired.
- CCNA certification is optional but beneficial.
