Provide administrative support for Compliance & Risk Manager

 


Job Responsibility
  • Establish, organise and maintain records of the department
  • Filing of documents
  • Assist the Compliance & Risk Manager in all administrative work
  • Attending queries via email and phone
  • Follow up on all meetings and minutes of meeting
  • Assist in drafting SOPs in word documents
  • Assist in powerpoint presentations
  • Assist in scheduling meeting
  • Make research works assigned by the Compliance Manager
  • & Others
Requirement
BSC / Diploma in Finanace in Law / Finance Management/ ACCA qualification
Good Communication Skills
Good analytical skills
Good IT skills
Confident and responsible
Time Management skill
Willingness to lean and developping ideas
 
Others:
Candidate will get the opportunity to work and learn directly from the Group Risk & Compliance Manager of the Group
