Shop Assistant- Body & Soul/Islandhaze/Quiksilver/Roxy

Exotic Group (Body and Soul, Island Haze, Quiksilver and Roxy) is a rapidly growing organization. We are looking for Shop Assistants to join our enthusiastic team all over the island.

 You will have to provide high customer service and create an amazing shopping experience for clients while maximizing sales. 

MAIN DUTIES:

• Welcome and greet customers in a courteous and polite manner
• Assist customers in their buying decisions
• Compute sales transactions and ensure effective cash management
• Replenishment of products on floor
• Ensure cleanliness of the shop
• Handle customer queries and complaints

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum SC
• Computer literate
• Experience in retail industry will be an advantage

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in French and English (Spoken and written)
• Customer service focus
• Possess a cheerful, friendly and ‘Can do attitude’
• Well groomed
