We are looking for an Accounts Clerk to join our team and support our daily office procedures. Main duties include Invoicing, credit note, statements of accounts and providing support in daily administrative tasks.
Accounts input on accounting software
Invoicing
Filling & organize processes
Follow up of payments & chasing of debtors: update on a weekly basis
Customer statement of accounts report to be sent on a monthly basis
Preparation of customer credit note
Maintain files, including filing of general ledger journal vouchers, accounts payable documentation, and other miscellaneous filings
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Reviewing of ageing & queries on old balances
Higher School Certificate with ACCA Level 1/2
Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping procedures
Knowledge of related computer applications
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Good planning and organizing skills
Able to work under pressure
