To be responsible and ensure that all the activities of the Food and Beverage Department are done and respected as per established hotel standards and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide efficient food sales & services to guests
Maintain stock & display food according to established standards
Maintain cleanliness in work areas and outlet areas
Maintain cleanliness of equipment, dishes and silverware
Demonstrate product knowledge
Perform opening and closing duties as required
Work on a rotating shift, around all the outlets.
Prepare the trolleys and the trays during his/her shift.
Bring the service in an efficient and courteous way to the room.
Check the cleanliness and perfect shape of all items sent to the guest.
Wait for Superiors check before bringing service to the guest-room.
Bring the invoice to the guest and for settlement of the bill.
Comply with hotel’s safety, hygiene and health policies.
Responsible for VIP’s set-up Bars.
Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the immediate superiors/Head of Department from time to time
