We are seeking an experienced and proactive  IT Delivery Manager to oversee project delivery, team performance, and operational excellence across our delivery units. This role bridges project execution and strategic planning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in delivery management, team coordination, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day delivery of multiple projects and ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Support and coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leads to drive successful project execution.
  • Consolidate project status updates and performance indicators into regular reports for senior management.
  • Set clear objectives and performance goals for direct reports (Project Managers, Leads).
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and conduct formal performance evaluations (Progress Talks).
  • Foster team development through mentorship and identify training needs to strengthen capabilities.
  • Resource & Operations Planning
  • Support medium- to long-term staffing forecasts based on project pipeline and team capacity.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of resources across teams and projects to meet delivery targets.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency by proposing process improvements and participating in internal initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a point of contact for delivery escalations and facilitate resolution at the root cause level.
  • Ensure effective communication with other business units, delivery leads, and stakeholders.
  • Promote team cohesion and engagement through regular communication and recognition.
  • Monitor adherence to quality standards, budget constraints, and compliance with company policies and values.
  • Assist in implementing best practices for delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Business Contribution
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposal input, feasibility checks, and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate on the development of service offerings and contribute to the creation of client leads.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience managing multiple teams and cross-functional coordination.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong project delivery and execution skills (Agile/Lean methodologies).
  • Excellent resource planning and utilization capabilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive employee engagement and performance improvement.
  • Strategic thinking with attention to operational detail and quality assurance.
  • Business acumen and willingness to support business development initiatives.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent)
  • Lean or Six Sigma
  • Fluency in French
