C-Care, part of the healthcare cluster of CIEL Group, is a Mauritian private healthcare group, owning and operating the two main private healthcare facilities in Mauritius, namely C-Care Darné and C-Care Wellkin Hospital. C-Care also owns and manages C-Care Clinic and C-Lab.
C-Care is recruiting a dynamic Compensation & Benefits Analyst to strengthen our Group HR team. In this role, you will drive payroll consolidation and governance across multiple countries and entities, lead compensation audits and market benchmarking exercises, and ensure bi-annual updates of our Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Guidelines. You will also manage employee benefits programs and support HR budgeting through accurate cost consolidation and reporting.
What you will be doing:
- Ensure payroll governance, compliance, and consolidation across the Group.
- Conduct compensation audits and lead benchmarking studies.
- Update and refine C&B policies and guidelines twice yearly.
- Manage employee benefits administration and vendor coordination.
- Support annual HR budget preparation, ensuring cost accuracy and alignment.
What we are looking?
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, Finance, Accounting, or Budgeting.
- At least 1 year of direct exposure to payroll management.
- Strong proficiency with HRIS or payroll systems.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
