We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and experienced Customer Care & Spa Supervisor to lead our team of spa professionals and deliver top-tier customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment and love keeping things organized while supporting both clients and team members — this role is for you!


🎯 Main Responsibilities

As a Customer Care & Spa Supervisor, you will:

🗓️ Oversee monthly beautician schedules
💇 Lead by example — be the spa's role model for excellence in service and treatments
💬 Be the link between clients, the office, and sales teams for all queries, complaints, and feedback
📞 Respond to clients via phone, email, social media & in-person
📅 Manage client appointments, adjust bookings, process orders & claims
🌐 Ensure all online platforms are updated with accurate information
👩‍⚕️ Ensure team complies with health & safety standards
🧾 Support HR and Sales in recruitment, training & payroll
💪 Motivate and guide beauticians to confidently sell spa services and products
🧼 Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked & ready
📦 Manage stock levels and weekly supply orders
💰 Assist with spa product selection, logistics, and finance
🔄 Carry out any other duties requested by management


🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Degree (Bachelor’s or Associate level)
✅ Minimum 10 years experience in customer care & spa services
✅ Strong knowledge of spa treatments, therapies & products
✅ Bilingual in French & English (written & spoken)
✅ Able to communicate during business hours
✅ Leadership & problem-solving mindset
✅ Professional appearance & personal hygiene standards
✅ Organized, punctual, and client-focused

🕒 Working Conditions

📍 Work 45 hours/week
