About the role:

The P&R Helpdesk team is part if the big P&R Belgium tribe.

The team is responsible for providing technical support for incidents involving the various mainframe processes of the core SD Worx applications.

We are looking for a extra colleague to strengthen our team.

What does your day look like?

• Resolving incidents independently. This means correcting data in the database, performing correction queries etc.
• Dispatch of incidents among the various development teams and follow up these incidents until they are resolved.
• Communicating with internal users and operations regarding the progress of the incidents.
• Drafting and maintaining work-related documentation.
• Active participation in team meetings.

Who are we looking for?

• Communicative, hands-on and customer oriented.
• A real team player who is flexible and eager to learn.
• Has a basic IT knowledge.
• An agile mindset of continuous optimization.
• Showing initiative and communicating actively.
• Knowledge of Mainframe environment is a plus.
• Willing to work every 3 weeks, for one week, from 10 am to 7 pm (Belgian working hours)
