We are on the look out for a Sales & Marketing Manager with a strategic thinking and hands-on execution for the Leisure Cluster, who will play a key leadership role in driving the growth and visibility of a company’s products or services.
Overview of the Role:
The Sales & Marketing Manager drives the commercial strategy for Rogers Hospitality’s Leisure cluster, bringing together four signature attractions under a unified, growth-oriented vision: Bel Ombre Nature Reserve, World of Seashells, Chamarel 7 Coloured Earth and the event operations at Case Noyale.
The role delivers data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that increase revenue, attract new guests, and strengthen brand loyalty. With full ownership of the customer journey, the role ensures continuous performance optimization while supporting the Group’s broader sustainability commitments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic Sales & Marketing roadmap for Leisure & Events brands, aligning revenue, customer personas, and sustainability.
- Lead a high-performing, growth-minded team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and digital-first thinking.
- Define data-driven sales strategies to drive new and repeat business based on customer motivations and seasonal trends.
- Maximise revenue across all distribution channels (DMCs, OTAs, direct bookings) with a focus on profitability and reach.
- Optimize booking and conversion flows through ongoing A/B testing and UX improvements.
- Drive customer engagement using personalized outreach, 360° guest profiles, and behavioral segmentation.
- Create compelling sales content and proposals for MICE, weddings, and social events, leveraging interactive tools and ROI models.
- Monitor key metrics and deliver insightful monthly performance reports covering revenue, funnel health, and customer feedback.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and client-facing events, hosting curated experiences for key accounts.
Candidate's Profile:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute multi-channel initiatives
- Skilled in customer segmentation, data analysis, and performance-led campaign planning
- Natural leader with experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM platforms, booking engines, and analytics dashboards
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving sustainable revenue growth
