At Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel, We are looking for dynamic, well-groomed Waiters for Banquet Service to join our events team. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and courteous food & beverage service during weddings, conferences, corporate events, and other special occasions

Key Responsibilities

• Set up banquet areas according to event layout (tables, chairs, linen, cutlery, etc.)
• Welcome and serve guests professionally throughout the event
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections
• Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams for smooth service
• Always adhere to hygiene and safety regulations
• Assist with clearing and resetting during and after events

 Candidate Profile

• Minimum Form 3 education; SC/Form 5 is an advantage
• Previous experience in banquet or event service is an asset
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service protocols
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, carry trays, and handle quick-paced service
• Well-presented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Fluent in English and French
