We are looking to hire a Human Resource and Administration Officer who will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, staff development, daily attendance and employee relations.

 

We are looking to hire a Human Resource and Administration Officer who will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, staff development, daily attendance and employee relations.

 

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resource Task

·        Assist the Managing Director and the Assistant Director in the day-to-day operations.

·        Provide administrative assistance for the implementation of the HR processes/ tasks.

·        Follow up the implementation of absence management and attendance processes.

·        Keeping track of the daily attendance/latness & absences of the employees and reporting to

          the Manading Director and the Assistant Director.

·        Maintenance of leaves records.

·        Collect and compile payroll data and other personnel data (e.g. data related to annual leave,

         sick leave, overtime…) for analysis and regular reporting.

·        Attend OSH meetings and monitor compliance in line with labour laws and OSH laws and

          regulations.

·        Acting as First Aider in the interest of staff welfare.

 

Administrative Tasks

·        Provide administrative support to various departments

·        Assist in managing internal and external correspondence.

·        Liaise with other departments (e.g., HR, finance, sales) to ensure smooth workflow and     

          efficient

          operations

·        Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws & regulations.

·        Ensuring general vehicles management of the company.

·        Ensuring In-house maintenance of the company.

·        Any other adhoc duties which fall under admin and operations coordination.

 

Candidate's Profile:

• HSC or Diploma (specialization in Human Resource Management)

• Possess at least 2 years' experience in HR.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in office software

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
