We’re currently looking for a talented and driven F&B Demand Planner to ensure our Food & Beverage operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting our high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will be base at Wellkin Hospital, Moka.

Key Responsibilities:

-📅 Develop & Manage demand plans for meals, snacks, and beverages for the hospital.
-📊 Forecast Demand using historical data, trends, and special requirements (e.g., dietary needs, seasonal changes).
-🤝 Collaborate with procurement & kitchen teams to ensure timely product supply.
-🔄 Adjust Forecasts regularly to avoid overstocking or shortages.
-📦 Optimize Inventory to reduce waste and maintain stock balance.
-⚙️ Ensure the efficiency of the F&B supply chain while meeting cost and quality goals.
-📈 Provide reports on forecasts, inventory status, and supply chain performance.
-🚚 Work with suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
-💡 Participate in cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and safety.

What You Bring:

-🎓 A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.

- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in demand planning, ideally in F&B or healthcare 

-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or planning tools.

-Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
