MedActiv is presently looking for Pharmacists to lead the operation of the Pharmacy and ensure service excellence by guiding the Pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care.

The job incumbent will be mainly required to: 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the compliance of pharmaceutical care by abiding to the legal scope of practice.
• Dispense medications to patients.
• Check patients' prescriptions for accuracy and safety, ensuring no drugs are contraindicated with one another.
• Act as the main driver of customer service initiatives resulting in outstanding customer experience.
• Manage the pharmacy's inventory, staff, and budget.
• Guide the pharmacy teams to live and promote the company’s values.
• Provide guidance to team members with regards to pharmaceutical knowledge.
• Be well versed with product categorization and brands.
• Achieve monthly financial targets.
• Ensure safe & responsible stock management across outlets as per company policy.

Job Requirements 

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council, MOH, Mauritius.
• Proven experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Result & target driven.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• People- oriented and Customer driven.
• Well versed with Microsoft tools.
