One of our client in the Funeral industry is looking for a Receptionist.
Duties & Responsibilities.
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome and direct visitors to appropriate personnel or departments, ensuring a positive first impression of the organisation.
- Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls, taking messages or directing calls to the appropriate staff members as necessary.
- Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve visitor inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations for staff and management.
- Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of visitors, phone calls, and other relevant information as required.
- Handling Mail: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and package.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies as needed, ensuring the office is well stocked and organised.
Qualifications and Experience:
- HSC.
- 2 Years’ Experience as Receptionist.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and Communication skills.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm and professional.
- Display Emotional Maturity and Professionalism.
- IT literate.
