The Loan Administrative Trainee will assist in various loan administration tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the department.

Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance related to loan applications and accounts.
Loan System Updates: Maintaining and updating loan records in the system to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
Coordination with External Suppliers: Liaising with external partners to facilitate the timely disbursement of loans, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
Qualifications:
- Ongoing degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Management and other related field.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and external suppliers, both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy when updating loan records and handling customer queries.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth loan disbursement processes.
