Responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and improving an organization's IT systems and infrastructure. The IT Analyst will work closely with different departments to understand their technology needs and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity
Duties:
- Document processes and changes: Maintain detailed records of processes , workflows, and system updates, etc.
- Stay updated on tech trends: Follow the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform, automation, and data visualization to propose innovative solutions.
- Develop automation solutions: Design and implement Power Automate flows to streamline business processes, such as data entry and notifications.
- Create Power BI dashboards: Build interactive reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with several departments to identify pain points and design tailored Power Platform solutions.
- Ensure compliance: Establish governance policies for Microsoft 0365 , including security and access controls.
- Optimize BI systems: Troubleshoot and enhance existing Power BI reports for better performance and usability.
- Drive innovation: Analyze data trends to uncover actionable insights and leverage advanced analytics for predictive outcomes.
Skills and Requirements
- Experience in Power Platform ( Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI ).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
