Electrical Assembler

Fine Line Contracting Ltd, situated at Rivière Citron, Arsenal is looking for experienced Electrical Assemblers for its electrical department.

Duties

• Good knowledge of electrical installations which includes distribution board (DB) assembly & wiring.
• Deal with all types of internal wiring on electric lightings, power installations, cabling and trunking works.
• Perform general interventions on electrical systems.
• Effect minor repairs to motors, generators and other electrical devices/appliances.
• Earthing circuit installation and testing and proper cable management.
• Knowledge of fire alarm installation, CCTV and other automated electrical devices.
• Proper installation of sockets, distribution of cabling related to automation system.
• Assist Team Leader and Manager to conduct electrical installation assessment, and other requirements.
• Assist in conduct snagging, troubleshoot related to testing prior and after installation.
• Inform Manager of any anomaly or issues detected for action plan and intervention.
• Ensure that all health and safety aspects are observed at all times to avoid any risk of injury and hazard.

Requirements

• Technical Certification – MITD – NTC Level 2 or 3 or Courses in Electrical Installation.
• + 5 years’ experience as Electrical Assembler or Electrician.
• Single phase and monophase installations experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Electrical safety and safe working practices.
• Good knowledge of assembly of DB.
• Good knowledge of correct earthing techniques, circuit protection, cabling system.
• Punctual, professional in approach.
• Possess a clean certificate of character.
• Flexible in working hours and ability to work odd hours.
• Holder of a valid driving license will be a plus.
