Works on preparation of monthly payroll. Prepares monthly and quarterly HR reports as required by Management.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Works on preparation of monthly payroll.
- Prepares monthly and quarterly HR reports as required by Management.
- Updates and analyses monthly HR dashboard (headcount, overtime, absenteeism, productivity, salaries.
- Ensures that all Company policies and procedures are strictly followed by all the team members.
- Maintains HR files and team members personal records and files (soft and hard copy) up-to-date:
- ensures that team members information is up to date on all Human Resources Information System (Vipertex and/or any other systems)
- Preparation of payroll control reports, headcount, overtime and budget tracker reports monthly.
- Upload/ send payslip for employees, directors and pensioners.
- Effect electronic monthly returns for PAYE / CSG / NSF Return for all entities.
- Maintain and file all payroll related documentation as per internal filing system.
Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma in Human Resources Management/Business Administration/ Accounting or equivalent.
- Good Knowledge of Sicorax Payroll and Vipertex.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same position
- Working experience in hospitality would be an advantage
- Effective organizational skills.
- Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels.
- teamworking and interpersonal skills.
- Fully conversant with MS office applications.
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws and related regulations.
- Good work ethics, and respect for privacy and data confidentiality.
- Ability to compile and present data/information in a concise and orderly manner.
