Leal & Co Ltd is hiring a Transport Officer.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate and manage transportation activities and logistics, including staff transport planning and fleet management.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, insurance claims and provide solutions to any transport-related issue.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Close monitoring and follow up of motor vehicle license and fitness renewal.
- Update and maintain proper records of the Group’s fleet of vehicles, including data recording and analysis of vehicle use and fuel consumption.
- Submit and follow up on fuel (fleetman) cards’ applications.
- Ensure that duly filled insurance claim forms and other relevant documents are submitted to Insurance companies within the agreed deadline for all cases of damages and accidents.
- Perform close follow up of all insurance claims and refund.
- Plan and coordinate with the workshops for regular servicing of vehicles.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Higher School Certificate
- 3 years’ experience in the logistics and transport industry or any related field
- Knowledge in motor vehicle insurance procedures and claims would constitute a definite advantage
