Committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence, our client, Alteo Property cluster, is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to join their team as the Head of Security for the overall security management, administration, and oversight of the Anahita Beau Champ Smart City and other properties under the responsibility of the Asset Management Department. 

This includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement security, safety, and emergency protocols to ensure a secure environment.
  • Supervise and train security staff, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  • Collaborate with city administration and external stakeholders to ensure effective security strategies.
  • Manage security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) and ensure they are fully operational.
  • Oversee payroll documentation for security staff and ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Monitor and assess performance of external security service providers.
  • Develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills for various scenarios (e.g., fire, natural disasters, public unrest).
  • Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services in crisis situations. 

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma (required); degree/certification in Security Management or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in senior security management, preferably in large-scale property management or Smart City environments.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, crisis management, and communication skills; expertise in security technologies; knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, fire safety).
  • Flexibility: Availability to work outside regular hours as needed.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in managing security personnel, handling emergencies, and implementing operational procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
